×Turnaround time varies based on the product. Below are some basic timeframes.
• Personalized (Pre-Made) Items – Necklaces, jewelry boxes, trays, wallets, and similar products are ready to ship quickly. These typically leave our studio within 3 business days.
• Handcrafted (Made From Scratch) Items –Whether it’s a larger piece like a family name sign or a smaller item such as a personalized ornament, each is carefully made by hand. Please allow 5–10 business daysfor production before shipping. See individual product listings for more details about production times .If ordering multiple signs, please note that this mayextend overall production time.
Business days are Monday - Friday not including holidays.
Absolutely! Customers will receive tracking information once an order has shipped. Once a package is shipped, it is out of our hands. That being said, if a package doesn't arrive when it's supposed to, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We'll help you the best we can.
We use USPS and UPS for the majority of our products. Occasionally, we will also use FedEx.
During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume, production and shipping times may be subject to slight delays. We appreciate your understanding and recommend placing orders early for time-sensitive occasions.
No, we do not accept returns and all sales are final. The exception to this is if the product arrives damaged or defective through no fault of our own.
We carefully inspect all products before shipping, but if we miss something, or the package was damaged during transit, you have 7 days from receipt to contact us about a replacement or refund.
Please notify us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and include photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue.

Absolutely! Please enter your email address at checkout so you receive the order confirmation and shipping updates, but use the recipient’s name and shipping address for delivery. Be sure to include a note at checkout indicating that it’s a gift. If you’d like to add a special message, let us know—we’ll include it with the package and ensure no prices or receipts are included.
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

If your item is made with natural materials such as leather or wood, please know that no two pieces are alike.
Leather is subject to variations which can affect how it absorbs the dye. This can result in slight variations in color from the listing pictures. You will not be receiving the actual piece in the listing picture as yours will be handmade at the time of your order to your specific requests.
Wood is also subject to variations including knots, color variations, and wood grain. These are all natural characters of wood.
