  1. A font image with a list of fonts
  2. A frame image with various frame options
  3. Three images with floral alphabet letters

Follow these steps to perfectly personalize your item:
  1. Choose your color
  2. Choose your font
  3. Choose a design: Frame, NO Frame, Floral Alphabet Letter Style
  4. Enter the # of your frame choice. If NO frame or using a floral letter, type none in that field.
  5. Enter the personalization you want engraved. This is your name, initials, phrase, OR if you chose a floral letter then it would be the letter of your choice.

  • Handcrafted (Made From Scratch) Items – Larger Pieces – Examples include family name signs. These are carefully made by hand, so please allow 7–10 business days for production before shipping.
  • Handcrafted (Made From Scratch) Items – Smaller Pieces – Examples include personalized ornaments. These are also made by hand, so please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.

Please note that processing times refer to production only and do not include transit time. Customers will receive tracking information once an order has shipped. During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume, production and shipping times may be subject to slight delays. Refunds & Exchanges

We carefully inspect all products before shipping, but if we miss something, you have 7 days from receipt to contact us about an exchange or refund. Please notify us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and include photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue.
